Geordie's the recipeTake a half kilo of minced beef
one large onion chopped
two carrots chopped
salt pepper to taste
about 750 mm beef stock
simmer on cook top in a pan large enough to take the said ingredients
Then make a scone mix
mix flour and water a little butter, mix well
Once this is prepared
Transfer the first lot into a roast tin
then break scone mix into dumpling sized balls
place them on top of the mixture in the roast tin then
place into oven and cook until the Geordie's are golden brown
