It has certainly got it's following of die-hard supporters, but I cannot ever see it dethroning Windows as the operating system of choice.

Not yet....Limited game support and then you have to mount and unmount everything.... and you have top have all the right packages installed to run simple things...but It does look nice, well at least KDE and Gnome do.... give it 5 years or so...

Just forget Linux

XP is problems, Linux is worse, Vista is also problems, stay with XP if you can.....

I am only using XP and Win 95, all programms still run.....well almost all

Oh, so it's computers they are talking about, thanx Dadswa, shooo, I was getting worried there for a moment!   


But all new computers nowdays come out with I think it's Vista already installed on them, what does one do then??
