Remember how the town would be cut off when the floods came.......

I remember back in about 1970 we had a "Spring tide". The only one i can remeber in all the time i lived there. The Pinkpan was under water... the golf course was under water. Scary but something to see.. the road leading to the beach was totally under water from about the "airfield" .
