Well that should be sorted out now...

Complained with old Telecom this morning that I was gonna call the MD, ex Oranjemunder, Tate Frans and complain how our internet has been throttled over the last 3 weeks.....

Then Gert from telecom turns up, he is just as frustrated.... makes a few calls, threatens somebody, turns out there was an error on the circuit, they press a button in WHK, reset the circuit and there we go.... Our top speed was 99kbs download at SPAR and I have just seen 181kbs  ... it was at 200kbs..

How are you guys faring out there now?

Internet is working better but torrents don't work any more.
Last week it was going at 900kBps...... this week less than 1.......
Normal downloads are faster but still going up and down a bit...

You may have a problem with the site hosting the torrent and the many seeders might also sit on a shitty back-bone......

Tried other torrents.... none are working.

Can anybody download a torrent.....?......... think they been blocked...

Think the word has gottin around......my speed is almost back to the "throttling" thing....

My torrents were working at 181kb/s this afternoon, what I have noticed is they are throttling them sometimes during the working day!
