Injured Cheetahs stars Hendro Scholtz (knee) and Bevin Fortuin (hip) are recovering faster than expected and according to coach Naka Drotské should be available for Super 14 selection by March.

Star utility back Tewis de Bruyn, who was sidelined during the pre-season with a groin injury, is back on his feet and in Drotské's opinion should be ready to take on the Western Force in round two of the competition.

"Hendro, Bevin and Tewis are still out unfortunately, but they're progressing well and are actually ahead of schedule on their recovery,"

Thanks for that Spikkels, I'm trying my hardest to keep away from rugby until the season starts, otherwise it will take over my life as it has done every year.....  I was very unhappy to hear about Hendro and I am concerned that Revvin Bevan won't be as good as he was before his beseering!
