Here is a pdf of the security clearance paperwork to enter Oranjemund.....I have also attached, jpeg images of the paperwork for those of you who do not have a pdf reader.

1)All Non Namibians , need to fill in the Indemnity form also.

2)Attach a valid copy of your passport with the paperwork.
