Thanks for the Memories Georg, This was the 1st and only plant I worked at..... I was fascinated to walk around that place.... amazing what man could do... I remember find a pile of unsorted gravel in the catacombes under the tipping bin one day.... you had to climb under the conveyor to get into the area, just big empty cement vaults.... but they all had lights in them, no purpose....

Mike you may not have liked George there as El. Foremen, but you have missed out lots of interesting things.
Plant was the best running Plant at its time, and i was more then proud of that

Lots of dedicated Tradesman, Mechanics, Boilermakers and electricians as well as the not so well operating instrumentation section, that excludes my friend Charles Löffler with whom i cooperated on a daily base.

Georg, which I do appreciate, but it would make it all the harder if you had to return and to see how the calibre / standard of the tradesmen compare.... I am just a spectator, but my opinion is that one this mines biggest faults at the moment, is in the standard of workers they have been forced to emply.... just my 2cents worth...
