I have just seen a presentation/video on the "Arab" future for Oranjemund, that was presented to the Namibian government on Monday..... Backround yet is, that if people "up" there doen't want you to understand they'll use a language we don't understand. In your case (engineers) it might make sence not to know what they're on about. Cause you might realise they haven't a clue.
