Dear God,
Thanks soooooooo much for the internet ... I'm sitting here in Dubai listening to Kudu FM ... oops, they've just put Dolly Parton on with Jolene ... what a blast from the past boobs
The other thing I like about that station, is that they keep things simple.... no over the top stuff... and it's great to hear them mention... "the weather in Oranjemund today will be......" , makes a change....
They did just mention Oranjemund. Not sure what they were referring to, but they said '1522' ... frequency maybe idontknow
Nope, nope, they probably meant Mike will be lighting his braaifire at 15h22
Keep me a piece of boerewors ... and a little pap ... pls I'm on my way :emot98:
The best station to listen 2 I enjoy it all day at work
No wors I'm afraid, just a chicken curry potjie.....
Ok, I'll settle for chicken curry potjie, but just coz it's you ..
What time are you gonna get you, Wine? Red or White?
idontknow
I sometimes have to switch off radio Kudu as it makes me soooooooo sad (old music)
But most of the time i enjoy it as it brings back alot of good memories :emot78:
Mike, I'll be there at 15:23 ... so you can put the Corona in the fridge ... BierSuip
Susan, welcome back. Where have you been?

How about red with yellow polka dots ...
Diana - I'm not sure where you're based, but go onto their website and see if they give their frequencies. Otherwise, ask Christine Mostert directly.
No you cannot, local.... now and again the signal, on a good day, drifts south.... just go to the website and click listen live.....

Hey Alfie, where were you today - Christine was complaining on the radio this afternoon that nobody from O'mund had phoned in and told them what the weather was like down in the south. Couldn't let the side down so I phoned in and told her what a lovely day it was!
Michele phoned in on Wednesday just after she complained told her it was dam cold and misty, got some bad news she's leaving radio kudu for another station can't reveal that now will tell as soon as she has started
Alfred
Yes, Christine's move from Radio Kudu to the "opposition" is very sad because she's BRILLIANT!! The good news, however, is that she's not being lost to Namibia. I must also point out that Christine is the daughter of solid Security department stock and her Dad, prior to his transfer to DBMN, was an icon of the discipline at Mining Area No 1. His most "famous" name is Batman (a story on its own), but there's also Sammy and Mossel!!
There's yet another Security sibling gracing the airwaves - our own daughter, Megan, who's a jock with Heart fm in Cape Town. You can check her out at www.1049.fm and follow the link on the left which says "DJs & Shows". If you have insomnia she broadcasts every night (Monday - Friday) from 01:00 - 04:00!!! The only problem is that she'll keep you awake!!
Maybe we can get the opposition to install a transmitter in O/Mund then we will still have our Christine in our area
Well, congratulations to all you O/Munders whose kids are cracking the airwaves out there to keep us busy during day and night.
Thanks for letting us know Pete - will for sure tune in and listen - maybe even send a mail or sms just to let her know her partents have acknowledged her and has proudly mentioned her to us!
