Spent to much time on the board last weekend. Felt something like Jack probably did in the cookook nest movie. So...
Shiraz or Syriah from wher it originates .. when young .. spicy but smooth .. aged still undertones of spice but mellowed .. I find it deilicious ..
I've been drinking Spanish Tempranillo in the last years. Dry and hevy wine. Love it
