Title: Att: Cherry
Post by: Rhona on May 30, 2008, 04:30:42 PM
Hi Cherry - for the life of me I can't find the topic in which we were discussing the book ''These is my words''; I have searched high and low for a copy of it but to no avail - as a last resort I went on ABE.com which is a second hand book site and you'll never guess - but there it was in all it's glory......now it is a second hand copy and as far as I can remember it is paperback.......does this suit you - if you want to google the site yourself and if any of the copies are suitable, we can take it from there...............You'll never guess but while searching for 'These is my words' I also came across 'Sarahs Quilt' and 'The Star Garden' which are believe it or not all part of the trilogy - I just knew 'These is my words' was too good a book to stop there. Needless to say I ordered the other books and am now waiting impatiently for the postman to deliver.........

I tried Amazon Robert - that was my first port of call and even though they had heard of the book, unfortunately it was unavailable.........

Hi Rhona, not as yet - truthfully haven't really pursued it.  Got so many books from book club to keep up with.  One I've just read I think you'll like is "The Book Thief" by Markus Suzak.  Sad, but uplifting too in it's own way.

How about a topic: Book recommendations?
