Okay Guys 'n Dolls . . .
I'm not sure what was going on with those tongue-pulling emoticons, but I guess it must have been me - after about 10 Appleton Estate rums and diet coke (or whatever you folks in the home-country call diet coke now?) My apologies.
No problem with the back . . . have just had a great long-weekend of skiing at my favourite alpine resort!! Managed my first "black diamond" run . . . not bad for a little white boy from Zambia, who lived in Oranjemund, and who learnt how to ski at 47 and spent three years on the bunny-hill . . . it's hard to believe how much I enjoy skiing now!!
The pole is good too . . . has been in training, and is very strong - with great endurance - I think the ladies will love it!! Now, all I have to do is win the lottery so I can come to the reunion first class, with breaks in the UK to visit Barbara (Brownless) and Bev (Walker) . . . !!!!!

Great to see you back Keith.......and.....dont know how you had the cheek to ask me if id fallen off the face of the earth...when weve had the search party out looking for you.........and .....all the time you were up in the mountains skiing ......havin fun.......glad to hear the pole ok too....we were getting worried......... cheers
