Title: Seeing and traveling to the Pyrenees from the resort

As promised, I'll be posting some pics from our recent holiday in France.

1.) Seeing the mountains from our beach.
2.) Snowy top. Taken from the Freeway to Perpingon.

yes, I thought it was funny, then again there is not much that I don't find funny haha

secondly, no, I don't have a car, so don't wait up waiting for it to brake down!  hahaha

Here some pics from our excurse to Vilefranche a villiage in he Pyrenees. The villiage iself was established in the mid 19th centuary and as far as I know the fort in the 12th cenuary. I was Louix the 14th who made it to a real stronghold to keep about 100 soldiers ready in he war against Spain.

3. V. coming from the fort.
4. Inside V.

2. On the way to the jail. 2 Women spent more than 40 years here.
3. Looking toward north in the fort.
4. This stairway leads you to V. Only 832 steps and about 100 coming from th fort o this place.

Hi Carl. I hope you're looking at hese. I'm sure you would like checking fors like these. I'm not into the military thing, but it's fasinating to see how people "organised" life in those days. You can see hese "shooting slots" all along every wall. I've never seen anything of he kind. The fort is concepated in way, every time a army gains pars of it, the defenders retreat into a safer "locked" part of the fort. Several times... Obviously this was typical of medieval forts. But this one seemed special.

1) This is a beach a a holiday resort. Empy! No in summer.
2) This is what you call waves in the Mediteranian see.
3) After a day in he sun.

That's right Diana. You have o squat. here's no beter position to ge buiseness done, but beware when you want o straiten up again. lol
This is typical for public toilets in mediteranian countries.

lol If you've been up that hill to the for, you wonder how the fort was built at all. But then, hy pyramids, Chinies wall ect were built under simular or harder conditions.
