At long last, Welcome to Catering Dave and Ansu..... Longtime no hear...... Why I post this under the Oranjemund Bush telegraph is due to the fact that I have quite a few Oranjemund memories of Dave..... In the wee hours of the morning when I used to open the Spar Bakery, I would always find Dave Lee and Steven Emery, two of Oranjemund's famous chef's on there way to play squash at the squash courts, way before the rest of the world was awake, long before their kitchen started to cook to life..... Dave and Ansu were also my (dad's) neighbours down at 1st ave for awhile......
Last memory I have of Dave, was with a beer in his hand, a sheepish grin on his face down at the Yacht club watching a Triatholon.
