I'm sitting here thinking to myself I am.....Where else in the world would you find a forum based on a little Town in the middle of the desert that has such a great following. I mean even the bots come visit and the M.I.B. Here we have a bunch of people of all different ages and walks of life recalling amazing memories and also talking the biggest load of sh*t and enjoying it.We even have a bot squad and a full on bar.
We talk to each other as if we've known each other all our lives,we've all moved on but can get to-gether and relate events as if no time has past. We just just pick up and away we post.
Something I've noticed on the site is that through the years the kids of O'mund (be it the 60"s to the 80's) all enjoyed much the same sort of thing eg: The Quarry, First Ave Tree,O.P.S, Stealing fruit etc. We each have a different story to tell from a different time about much the same thing. beautiful
Oh well thats my serious moment ,for the moment. Not often I get serious.
Keep Well All e154
bravo
Well said!
(Just a pity our phone bill has gone through the roof!)

like wise - it is so nice to get in touch and share the memories giverose
Most excellent choice of words Diana, bearing in mind that some of you are OLDER than most of us..... but on the serious side..the one positive thing, is that this board is growing day by day.... I have just scanned a mountain of images from the old days and plan to add a new board just to handle the naming of the people in the pics.... it's gonna get better...
We all agree with you i think, also the ones that had no childhood in O-Mund.........the parents young or old feel the same
Unfortunatly the elder are not active here........i feel so lonely sometimes, but then again, i have all you youngsters that are full of sh...t and fun LOL
To Diana, you deserve a thnx for your post
bravo - Well said Diana....You have just voiced what we are all thinking - and if you happen to mooch past the Bar later tonight; It will be free beers for you, my friend cheers
thnx Michaels point that some of us are much older than most is exactly where I'm coming from...we can ALL relate to one another. I mean here's me having fun with Daddy Georg and the Likes of Rhona and Michelle you could very well be my daughters.

Hi Pam

I think its to late for me to recycle.......old bones and flesh but as you see in the forum still going strong
As for Pneumonia: Listen to what the docs say..... Here we are offered vaccinations aginst that. Have not done it yet. My girl is pretty near to that and was pumped full of antibiotics and now medical inhalations. That helps.....
That is now the 3. time within a year. The next thing, when all ok ,she will take the vaccination....
