Looks like  him    younger  days   .. they  stayed  3  houses  up  from us in  2nd ave . in  the  60's

Looks like him around the mouth and the lady looks like his daughter Lesely,therefore must be his wife Magarette. I still see her acationally. The lived opposite us in 16th in the late 70's. Frank passed away some time ago of throat cancer and Magarette has since remarried. Sandy remember the "Elvis" guy from Sea-point,dressed like him even had the same type car with "Elvis" number plates. Well she married his father.

The  Elvis  guy  from  sea point ?/  surely not the owner of  sea Point Taxis ??   I  know  of  him as an  Elvis   freak .. even had a  club  called  gracelands some  years  back ..    Amongst  my  Moms pics  is  one  of  Frankie  in  his  last  few  Months  with   Margaret   visiting  my  Mom ..

I'm sure it is Frank, the chap in the middle in the last photo is Dave Muir,Florrie's dad.

Nope not frank .. he worked in the power station all the time ..  did the those big marine diesel engines as you see him working on the big pistons in the  previous picture  ..but yes the man in the middle definetly Dave Muir .. the guys on both sides are familiar  faces  .. they used to work for my dad at central fields  and subsequently uubvley workshop where they relocated to .. the huge thing behind them is a  scrubber  from the mines ....  Im sure the  elvis mans surname was Mac Donald .. that name  just keeps on popping up .. a friend of mine had a run in with the elvis man when he was involved in a prang with one of his taxis ..  so she wouod now be a mac Donald if my memory serves me right ..
