@ Bobby, the museum across the road and I have a convenient symbiotic relationship... I get carte blanche on their material and in return I digitize their material.... a win win situation..... I have another 20 or so photo's form the 60;'s to scan still....
Mike, a Redenaar is someone just like you - you have to have a debate with Michelle every day on the reasons why she should make ommeletts for you - although I don't think she is listening, so your points will be very low.
They are the debate team - given topics and then you deliver your debate -pro or con - on the topic.
Whats the Afrikaans word for Lifesaver?

Hi Diana / Bobby,
I think that boy is Collin Early, Terry was younger?
That is right Bobby, the last I heard or saw of them was in the 80s, James and Albert lisser were big mates then.
James lived in Hout Bay, Cape Town at the time.
Richard, I don't know, I just remember Terry being the athlete in my time (he was very good), which was then .

Yeah that was the debate team. I am stodd at right back rown behind Mr Steyn. I cannot recall how I got to be in this team! And I recall too vividly suffering from stage fright when we went to compete at Springbok. I hated it. My first experience at public speaking was a complete and utterly dismal failure.
indeed Valerie Barron ...
