Title: Andrew Johns
Post by: Michele Alexander (Voden) on August 10, 2007, 09:57:40 AM
We are all sad to hear about the loss of Andrew Johns, for those that remember him.

He was at OPS with me during the years 1982 - 1988.

Thanks for that Mike .... God it really is tragic... I never met him but Roger knew him well... he was a lovely boy!  I have seen quite a few articles now in the paper. Do you know if his folks are still in Botswana??  I saw Les up in Gaberones in about 1999 and Rog seems to think that they retired there??

Hi Bev, we think Andrew's folks are based in Cape Town now, I'm trying to get contact details for them. It really is so sad about Andrew, he was a really great friend back in OPS.
