A Person wanted me to post this....
"IS IT TRUE THAT KLEINZEE HAS BEEN SOLD TO ALEXKOR??? WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE OLD ORANJEMUNDERS THERE ??? - WHO IS GOING TO RUN THE KLEINZEE HOSPITAL?? - ARE THEY ALLOWED TO BUY THEIR HOUSES AND WHAT price?? "
Huh ? Is Alexkor not sort of bancrupt? With Alexbay going down the drain and them having to pay that huge amount back to the community due to the result of the claim that alledged that they had "stolen" XXX million from the community with their mining projects etc.....
Apparently the MINE will be controlled by Alexkor, but the town (and probably the hospital) will be privatized. Houses can be bought (not sure of price, heard R160k-180k). I also heard that the benefits are much less than previously enjoyed, and therefor a lot of people have packed up and left. All hearsay, nobody seems to know the truth.
Me - I'm still waiting for E10/11 in Oranjemund to become available..... remember Mike, it's MINE! swink
Hey Bertie,i think Mike is going to buy the pool and just erect his pondok next to it,that way he can swim all day image19

I just heard from my sources (in scaly yet strategic positions) that the sale actually DIDN'T go through!
Firstly Alexcor tried to buy, no success. Then Transhex tried to buy (I think it's Rupert's company), but that also fell through. So as far as I know, Kleinzee actually has NOT been sold.
Other rumors doing the rounds regarding De Beers and its diamond mines, but more when my scouts come back from their mission..... cuqui
