Title: Water, Water everywhere....but...
Post by: Michael Alexander on January 07, 2009, 08:17:28 AM
Well perhaps this old Lady called Oranjemund is starting to show her age, awhile back in here I posted a comment made by Mile' Pudar when he left Oranjemund for retirement in Serbia, where he stated that the average lifespan for a towns infrastructure is 30 years, Oranjemund is way past this date, and he stated that the towns plumbing would start to collapse as they needed urgently to be replaced.....

Well, one wonders if he spoke words of wisdom, for the second time in 10 days we have no water, are the pipes being replaced, I know the river has water in it still.... where's my water gone to.... is there funds available to replace the piping?

Save Oranjemund, Create a retirement village before it's to late..... if it's left too late, the lawns and tree's will be gone and with it, the last chance to market the town..... com'on, all we need is clever marketing..... and not more endless OTMCO meetings that achieve nothing........

Just my two cents.....
