It's the end of an era, the SPortsmans Bar has closed, the previous tenant could no longer afford the N$7000.00 dollar rent per month......
It is now available for any other person to rent....
Eina ! ...... that's for the high rent, but also for the fact that it all ends up like that.....
That's sad... I have great memories of our Appie darts evenings in Sportsmans...
....when the 'local pub' club closes down then I think the s..t has hit the fan......
Most of the European folk stopped going to the SPorties years ago, and frequented the Snooker and Darts CLub and DOn Estebans......
Well, I see that this bar has reopened under new management..... we are now back to having 5 pubs within 100m of each other....
