Who of you can remember the names of the folk, employed by CDM, based at Port Nolloth, back in the day, when the mine received the bulk of their equipment via the small harbour?

JD van der Merwes dad Phlip vd Merwe worked and lived in the Port in the late 70's eatly 80's

And the ship called the Oranjemunder "saw it in dry docks arround 1981" at Cape Town while at hostel with my mate Mike

Ja, Alfie, I always remember getting my hands on Introna's paper and going through the shipping schedule, just to see the name ORANJEMUND in print, my bond to home in a way.....
