Had one of these at E17-12th Ave around '86/87. It was replaced with a brick one after we moved to 14th Avenue. I think it took a hit from one of the huge gum trees in the yard.
There are still a few of them (garages) down 13th and 12th Aves between 7th Street and the school (9th Street).
