Honey, nothing but pure honey...............!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! faceinfood
A bit of salt in the cooking water ... a bit of butter and brown sugar ... mmmmm
None of the above....
I enjoy it 2 ways -
1. When cooking the oats, add a little stick of cinnamon - makes a big difference and also helps to stabilize your sugar levels (for our diabetics out there...)
2. Raw (course grain oats) mixed in a bowel with a plain drinking yoghurt to which I add either some honey, or fruits, let stand for a few minutes, the oats become soft, and... voila... healthy breakfast.
Oats is one of the best breakfasts, also very good for the nervous system - contains a whole lot of the Vit B-complex, as well as important minerals.
Enjoy!
Come now Bertie .. know whats right , but dont spoil my indulgence ... actually currently I taken a liking for instant toated mabela ... boiling water ... a bit of sugar and a touch of milk and yes now every morning I'm mugged by Tina and Morag .. ... More mabela made in my bowl ,, a bit less food in the dog bowls and they get a bit of brekkie treat .... they happy ...
Oats for breakfast each morning at 05.10, without the sugar I wouldnt be able to eat the stuff
A little salt can make a difference, as a change but Honey gives me heartburn for the rest of the day.
He-he Sandy. When I eat healthy in the morning, I dont feel so bad about all the other junk I gulp down in my hectic day....
