When do you celebrate coming-of-age nowadays in Namibia and South Africa? We do so at 18.
I'm still not sure if it's a good Idea.

I reckon 21 is meant to be the big one..... if your folks are rich enough .... er.... Uhm! I think they are meant to buy you a car..... Ahem!

18 is the one where you get to go to the pub with your folks for a pissup!

When you turn 18 in Germany you have ALL rights an adult has.

In SA you can do what u like at 14 check the youth league
