Hi Barbara - sorry, was out of office today.  To nourish the nervous system I would suggest the Vitamin B complex. The most natural way of getting this is with Brewer's yeast. It also contains quite a few minerals needed for optimal function.  Other things to use - Ginkgo, to promote circulation to the brain, Codliver oil with EFA's, and then also nothing wrong with any liver tonic to help maintain balance of stress hormones. There's a few other herbs as well, but it is unwise to use them without a consultation, for instance Glycyrrhiza root (licorice) which is excellent for the adrenal glands, but may cause blood pressure to rise and therefore should not be used if BP is already high.
OK, then dont forget about the basics - eat right, and do some exercises, even if just some brisk walking between study sessions!
