Simple fact ,if it it stipulated in the policy that security doors in front of regular doors were required ,, if not so the oversight should not be an issue ,, to be honest I saw what the determined folk that broke into the students next door did to the security gate ,, they just crowbarred the lock broken ,, then proceeded to crowbar the wooden door open ,,, the burglar gate is just a momentary delay ... the issue should be if the burglar alarm was set or not ... my opinion ABSA . have tried to help some of my employees with queries ,, their contact portal is like a giant longdrop toilet down which they alllow messages to rot away ,, they dont care ,, they have done the big corporate thing of " getting too big to fail " well I took my old United building society / bank bond away from them for their shitty attitude ,,, ABSA ARE A WUNCH OF BANKERS ... HA HA ......
