Not sure which consortium has taken over the Yacht Club, but there is something happening down there....
The crowd is Karas Joint Venture, Tom Koekemoer & co... methinks they have the contract for the roads maintenance.
They were awarded the tender that was put out a few months ago to repair the buildings and maintain the area... I think it was posted here on the forum.
Had a brief visit at his office about a month ago enquiring about their intentions and objectives. Sounds like a function and conference facility at first with other prospects in the pipeline as funding becomes available.
