Title: Disease of Kings or King of Diseases?
Post by: Delia on September 10, 2010, 07:06:53 AM
Hey Mike (& all u fellow gout sufferers) - looks like you hob-nob with many famous names of days gone by in your gout suferring..........saw this article in the Cape Business News which we get at work.  The Doc who writes these articles for each edition used to practice from the Table View Medicross and is quite a character......thought you'd enjoy this.

Hehehehe! Actually have gout at the moment, had a small attack on my foot this morning, took the colchicine (as in the article), but not the painkiller, last resort stuff....went to the beach with the dogs..... and have realised that the pain is increasing, so popped a few more tabs about 10 minutes ago in the hope that I will be fine by 2nite.....

I wonder if anyone else read the part about us Gouties and our sex drives?

There's only one way to give gout a chance. Plenty of German "Gerstensaft".
