SENDELINGSDRIFT TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE=
Due to the temporary closure of the Sendelingsdrift road during the next two days, the community of Oranjemund are hereby informed that the alternative route to enter and exit Oranjemund will be via the Chameis road.
However, the public are reminded that they should be in possession of their passport/ID document and area permits. Due to the poor condition of the road, we suggest that at least two cars be on the road at the same time, they should drive carefully and adhere to the traffic signs.
The following time schedule will apply:
06h00 in morning from Oranjemund to Luderitz and Luderitz to Oranjemund
11h00 in the morning from Oranjemund to Luderitz and Luderitz to Oranjemund
15h00 in the afternoon from Oranjemund to Luderitz and Luderitz to Oranjemund
The Chameis road will closed for public traffic on Saturday afternoon.
