Ha, what a great way to start of my weekend , with the Cheetahs beating the bulls at Loftus, next weekend should be the semi's at Bloem against the Bulls again....... it's gonna be an Orange year again!

Pretoria was dead quiet with the Bulls loosing to the Cheetah's. In principle I don't have a problem with the Bulls, it's the Bull supporters that irritate me. They are bad losers and always have an excuse when they loose. I'd rather vote for the ANC before I cheer for the Bulls. The latest excuse the Bull supporters have here in Pretoria is that 11 of their best players are overseas and they (the 11 bull players) will bring back the cup after the game on the 20th.
I was at a formal dinner on Friday evening and the Bull supporters were all sitting with their cell phones under the table, sending sms' to keep track of the score. One of the chaps was so uptight and after the game told us why don't we go back to where we come from. Luckily there was a chap that was as sharp as a minora blade and answered: "Actually we don't have a choice, the Army sent us here, so in fact, we are just on detached duty". Well, needless to say everyone roared with laughter.

Charmain. my feelings exactly..... the Bulls players themselves are not a bad bunch of players, except for one or two of them, the problem is the total arrogance of their supporters....... The cheetahs are without the use of 8 of their original team, 4 world cup, 1 to france (ryno), 3 injuries...... so we are in a similar boat, and anyhow what happened to the so called depth the bulls are supposed to have.... :)
