The tenacity and will power of the Japanese people is astounding. IT takes our Road Works departments months to fix a pothole, ans only after they start receiving bills for damage to vehicles.

Not at all  Alfred, if you are familiar with Technology spotting fakes,(tineye) etc, then you will know this is real, this set of pics are now all over the news, and the road is a key route to the power-plants, hence the speedy rebuild.
