I was santering along thePembroke (Wales) beaches one day when I stumbled upon Robin Hood. He was rehearsing how to gallop at speed apond his white stallion and grab a mace which an extra would hold out for him to hopefully grab and not drop. No stuntman for Mr Crowe. He does it himself.
The video shows Russel Crowe doing just that. The helicopter used to also film the scene was hovering directly above me. Nice.

The photo shows RC's bodyguard finally getting fed up at me undermining his expertise as a bouncer! He decided that this intruder best be gotten rid of. Like a Capra photo, I kept the shutter going until he was a few inches away. I did as I was told by this scrawny specimen who undoubtedly could mash me into a pulp within four heartbeats!!

The photo below shows Ridley Scott's (director) commitment tokeeping the sea clean andkeeping costs down. The boat and two crew were paid to spend the day(s) off the beach collecting the arrows which were shot at the French by the "British archers" to prevent the "French invasion" force coming ashore at Hastings or Dover. In the movie you will note that the granite is CGI'd into the White Cliffs of Dover....!!
