Please find attached the final list for school coaches departing on Sunday, 17 July 2011. The departure time will be as indicated and children must be ready half an hour prior to departure). Please ensure that all children are dressed decently.
Should your child still need to be added / or removed from the list please contact the travel office immediately to avoid unnecessary costs and to give another child the opportunity to make use of the empty seat.
PARENTS, PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN AMOUNT OF N$300.00 IF YOUR CHILD IS NOT ON THE BUS AND NO CANCELLATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED 48 HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE.
Kindly inform all children to limit their luggage to NO MORE THAN 2 BAGS.
