This snap was taken this morning on the way into town, the turnoff to the Water Reservoirs....
The rot creeps in slowly, the desert returns....

Decades on investment in the town's parks and gardens going down the tube, but wait, that's not all, wait for the photographs that I will be taking two years after a municipality runs the place....
" we can't afford to water those tree's and lawns, it cost's too much!"
Harry Oppenheimer had a soft spot for this town and it's folk';s ...... he must be turning in his grave.....
