Todays Namibian report on the strike...
Me thinks the union has lost the plot, now they want the GM to be removed, even if a deal about the housing is secured......
This is gonna get nasty, striking is a last resort, I think these guys have been looking for a reason to strike, come hell or high water....

I see that the mine has sent out three SMS's to the workers, one letting know that they have started to instigate legal action against the Union and they are seeking N$24 000 000 in damages to date, they also thanked the workers that are going to work.....
Strikers with an appetite ...
These young strikers ain't like the old timers..... come 12h30, the picketing crowd, breaks for lunch and everybody goes home for lunch........
