Heard the company jet take to the skies at 06h45 this morning, no doubt heading for the Capital City.........
I also see that the Namibian newspaper reports in todays edition, that the President is now getting involved in the Strike issue...

I believe that the company jet should be arriving soon from Windhoek with the Union leader and Namdeb representatives........ bring a message from the president of Namibia.... me thinks that the strike is about to conclude..... wonder if the rumours about saving face from the union leadership hold any water....... they dug a whole too deep to climb out of and have now found a reason to find the ladder....

Don't think the strikers are going to like whats in the agreement unless there's more to it than the company briefed us...
The car hooters you can currently hear on the streets outside, are the union members in their cars welcoming the union leadership back from Windhoek......
So its back to where it all began... "On The Stomping ground!!!"

Oh! Well I guess on the upside, the lifespan of the mine has increased by one month.,....
