Hi everyone

Not sure if any of you have seen this old news video from British Pathe News, dated 1960. Found it while doing some research - according to the title its in South Africa. Its about 2 minutes long and has no sound.

Check out the grease belts and No 4 plant. Should stir a few fond memories. . . .

Nice to see the photographs come to life..... had the pics, always wondered how the machines worked..... looking at the diamonds sticking to the grease , old technology, wonder how many stones they missed....
