OK so I'm a bit doff with this stuff.....I just push buttons and stuff happens. After pushing a few buttons this morning I see my vodacom connection is now running on Vodafone Mobile Broadband.
NOW.....how would this differ from the old one (something about LAN)
Would I be using more gigs (see I know a computer type word)
Does stuff happen faster than before

You should defrost the chicken in the microwave for about 25 minutes before cooking it!
Hope that helps!

Did I tell you that I dropped Vodafone? After many years with them, they refused me an upgrade so I went to Orange and got an iPhone. But Orange is awful in terms of coverage. Too many blind spots. Vodafone has improved their coverage so maybe in January when my contract is up I'll go visit them again.
I wanted to buy my son a mobile contract from Vodacom in CT. I wanted to pay by credit card. They said I needed to supply my passport. I said that will be a long walk to their shop. A lead balloon rises further than her sense of humour. Anyway I have an old mobile here I want to send to him. But I guess the mail is not the best way to get the mobile to him. Any suggestions?
SMS it to him?
Thanks Bro Mike! I tried it but too many Gb for Matt to download. So I downloaded it onto a memory stick for a friend to handover to him in CT. But his daughter found it and overwrote everything with Ministry of Sound top 200. I gave up but then asked UCT if I could borrow their 3d printer to print one out for him there. Easy for him to collect from Table View. Guess what...
He is now living here in UK and arrived with a Blackberry but now has a Samsung instead and a business iPhone. Funny how old technology still works - I mean he actually drove to a SHOP to buy the Samsung and paid in cash for it when in fact he could've downloaded one from Phones4U and paid via PayPal. I dunno - kids these days...........! ;0)
