Please find attached the FINAL lists for school coaches departing on Friday, 30 September. The departure time will be as indicated and children must be ready half an hour prior to departure). Please ensure that all children are dressed decently.
Should your child still need to be added / or removed from the list please contact the travel office immediately to avoid unnecessary costs and to give another child the opportunity to make use of the empty seat.
PARENTS, PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN AMOUNT OF N$500.00 IF YOUR CHILD IS NOT ON THE BUS AND NO CANCELLATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED 48 HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE.
Kindly inform all children to limit their luggage to NO MORE THAN 2 BAGS.

DESERT 300 - ORANJEMUND OFF-ROAD CLUB ANNUAL EVENT
The Oranjemund Off-Road Club's annual main event, the Desert 300 will be staged on the 30th of September 2011 and 1 October 2011. We will have competitors from all over Namibia as well as South Africa. The committee hereby would like to invite all the fans to cheer them on. We will have an event opening and start on Friday, 30 September, in front of flamingo's at 15:00. This will be the first stage of the event, and will lead through the desert and end at the Oranjemund Off-Road Club. We will also have a dinner and dance with live band from Cape Town on Friday and Saturday evening. On Saturday, the second Stage will start in front of the club at 09:30. There will be lots of fun for the kiddies with live rugby on bigscreen and many more. No cover charges. Please bring your family along for a great day of fun and racing.
