Title: Galleon Crane Goes for a Paddle!
Post by: Michael Alexander on February 08, 2012, 06:05:58 AM
Not a good piece of news, heard that a Galleon Crane went into one of the dams on the mine, believe the value to be in the region of 4.6 million. One chap has been suspended pending an investigation......

I am led to believe that the crane has been written off.......

Update: Replacement value at N$ 4.5 million, the said crane had been depreciated in value as it was a bit on the old side....

Anyone hear about the fishing on the mine dams?  Big breeder fish being caught, Prof upset?

The Gallion belonged to Inshore Project, I would of taken a few snaps and pasted them if someone did not remove the sd memory from the camera anyway  you could only see the backend of the gallion in the water.
