if you shoot someone through a door you are as guilty as hell,and a woman on top of that too,nah he would have to get a very clever lawyer to get him off the hook.....
A stray bullet maybe,but accidently shooting her four times, guilty as hell.
The whole thing about the police being present a few hours earlier for a domestic incident is also disturbing, I think this is one guy that has shot himself in the foot, er ! I mean blade...... Had the world at his feet and blows it all on a blonde......

He is the only guy I know that literally "Took his girlfriend out" on valentines day.
He pleaded guilty when they found him up to his knees in blood.
He had drunk so much before the incident that the police declared him legless at the scene.

The evidence being presented by the media has formed an opinion that he is guilty! lets see how it plays out in a court of law. Remember the O J Simpson case.
I see on the local tv that he has just arrived at court for his bail hearing, I don't see how he is going to get bail!

I believe the station commander at Brooklyn , cofiscated all the staff's cellphones. because they took photographs of Oscar in jail - with the intention to flogg it to the media
A million rand bail.... just spend over two hours watching bail application.... must admit that the defence has cast doubt in the publics minds..... doing their jobs....
Still think the blade runner might be loose cannon though.... obviously regretting it now....

my penny's worth : blade runner is guilty . If I had to break into some one's house , why on earth choose the 1 st floor bathroom window. if the sleeping quarters are also on the same floor - why not break the ground floor window etc ??
Gulity! Guilty! Guilty! This boy has anger issues as he displayed when he lost a race to an upcoming youngster who actually admired Oscar as his Hero....
one thing that bothers me - Late at night , Why on earth does one lock a bathroom / toilet door , when in your own house ? and - that time of night , why are you still in day clothes
The question now, is will he get off due to all the expensive lawyering?
With Tennis man now found guilty of rape , My opinion :-. remember the case of 4 x school girls [ gr 10 - 12 ] @ a freestate school- against the teacher . then 4- 5 year later , they all admitted to conspirasy and lies . But the teacher's life was ruined . no family - no career
