Peace returned to the Balkans and Mile' Pudar Returns to Oranjemund...
I am sure the good Lord is trying to tempt me, I have not touched a drop of beer since Dec 30th.... He has thrown numerous temptations my way, Bright sunny days, Beer drinking evenings galore and great neighbours who keep inviting me for dop and social.... I have stood firm, now he has pulled out the big guns..... sending Mile' Pudar (Milo) back to town....
Milo , Werner Reischauer, Joe Gama and myself were a team back in the day, not many folk were aware of it, but we had a beer brewing club in Oranjemund, we use to meet once a month and test each others poison.... good , festive times....
Got the call this fine morning...... with the words.... "Milo's in Town, Gun Club this afternoon....."
I will be strong, Milo will have to wait.... Wednesday is almost here.....
