Well I guess it had to happen, after years of use.... the last remaining diving board at the town pool took it's last breath..... no longer a spring in her step.........
not many current residents realise that there were two diving boards at the town pool.... the big board being removed a good 15 years ago, citing safety concerns and the small diving board was originally a fibre based board that was replace by a metal type plank.....
it was on a warm Monday morning, the sad sight greeted me.... the small diving board plank was detached from the stand and slumped against a wall...
I was wondering to myself , if it would be repaired sometime soon.....
:ciupa1:
It sounds like a sad loss!
That diving board was used by so many male oranjemunders to impress the female oranjemunders........the bigger the bomb, the better !
I heard that the local YETI broke the board....... hehehe while sitting on it.....
That's not very nice how do you think the Yeti feels

He has no feelings, so stop coming up for the yeti, you are not going to get any of the new chicken for free.....
I buy my chicken from a supplier at N$20.90 per kg
Alfie, does you supplier sell milk?? Think I'm going to buy a cow soon.....
And gone is the expression, I don't need to buy the cow when I only need the milk....
