Way to go!
Really surprised to see that the local council took the initiative to place a large number of bright blue rubbish bins around the town and in particular in the cbd.
Hopefully the general population at large sieze the initiative and instead of dumping bottles, bags and tins onto the floor, use the bins.....
It was also reassuring to hear from a young school child that they are being taught at school not to litter.....
Always recall the old days at OPS when we were shown films on not to litter..... Zappit in a Zibbi......
