Here's an interesting Character!
MIke I have not heard any one mention either Dennis Hawkins the son and Joyce the daughter. Dennis became a Diesel mechanic and Joyce a teacher ( Taught me Latin - or the little I do know)
Well, well, well yes I remember The Hawkins family very well. Was Joyce's dad not the Hostel Manager during the 50's??. Joyce, if I remember correctly, taught a lot of us teenagers (the same age as Joyce) ballroom dancing in one of the garages opposite the West family(daughter was Colleen) and Dennis was a little younger than our group of friends. Wonder where they are now??
