I'v been thinking back a lot lately. This picture of me (in the front), my sister Francie and our cousins visiting one Christmas really brings back memories.  At least one of the people in the photo is a current Oranjemunder... Marietjie (Du Randt) in the front with the green dress.  Her brother Wynand Breytenbach (behind me on the photo) is in Luderitz.  Great times.

There be only a trickle of water in the pan these days, the pan is still a beacon for birdlife though!
