Well, I was just informed that this little town in the middle of nowhere, can now boast an incredible 6 Garden Services and an all eye inspiring 4 car washes..... Gee! OTMCO... what are you guys doing, approving all these business's the pie is only so big....... I hear that the one of the car washes has applied to built a cafe into it.... withing 10 metres of an excisting  cafe.........

Don't you guys have a "Sakekamer"  -  I think it's called Chamber of Commerce  -  in O'Mund yet?  If so, go klap these guys in the head  -  who is approving all the licences to to it?

Their is a NCCI and a Business Community thingy, but one gets the impression that they talk in circles and then only act on things when it is in their own interest........

That is the main problem with these committee's.  I used to be a member of the Sakekamer here in Kathu and was also on the board, but resigned due to the fact the the "big shots" make desicions that suit themselves -  like doing stuff that will bring financial gain to themselves and they truly do not take steps and actions to protect and help the business community of the town.  Sort of a 'cut throat and lick the blood' attitude  -  told them that in many words at the last meeting I attended, then handed in my resignation as member.
