There is a young Viv Reyneke in the Photo ( out on army leave I believe)
Spot George Lovett and Jimmy Agnew any one

Mario Dixon and Bruce Dyason  as well as Charlie Blakemore.

The race started on the mine somewhere near 1 Plant, we walked through the night & arrived in town for breakfast.
The town was still closed so no proble with a check point, cannot remember the date but recon it was aroind 1970 or so

I remember doing something called the Spring Walk at about this time but I don't think it was at night.
