Miracles Happen in Oranjemund

Today I witnessed a miracle.Two of Nampol's finest, were walking to their little car with their one bag of shopping from our lovely Spar. They climbed into their little red golf with the tinted windows. Guess what, they were parked in the disabled parking right outside the front door of Spar. They then drove away with out seat belts on.
WOW how cool is that no wheel chair, no crutches no nothing, just good old fashioned will do what we want to do, when we want to do it....
Of course no traffic cops around eithe, do I complain directly or just go with the flow. Any ideas outhere?

Puncture their tyres

Another way to let their tyres down is to put a small stone in the valve cap so that when the cap is tightened a little, the stone depresses the inner pin letting air escape. Do that to two opposite diagonal tyres................ works a treat

Wow ... I need to go do shopping at that Spar. Just think, when I come out I will be without pains and all those "old age" illnesses.
Things like this really pp me off. I have so often seen people do that... lot of lazy buggers.

I  have posted  on the  same subject  under      http://www.oranjemundonline.com/Forum/index.php?topic=3900.0       I  in chatting  to my one  neighbour  explained  that  folk that  do this  sort of thing  are  indeed  crippled  ,,, MORALLY   CRIPPLED  ..  its  a  hard  decision  whether  to indeed feel sorry for them   or  to signpost  very clearly  that anyone  without  a disabled  sticker will be  wheel clamped ... and  do it ... no good damaging  a vehicle ... it makes one  of the same level as them ...
For interests  sake  I have  had  absolutely no response  from Woolworths yet ,, time  to call in contacts ...

AND there were 3 of them in town on Friday afternoon, lazing on the sidewalk bench between FNB and the internet café.
Similarly seen the referred to nationals turning across the solid line to park on the opposite side of the street... in front of SPAR nogals...
